SITUATION AND ACCESS

The beautiful Ches'Ota, a typical house with real Engadine façade graffiti, is situated in a quiet, sunny and highly appreciated location with breathtaking views and exclusive surroundings. Pontresina is situated 10 minutes (by car) from St Moritz.

From the Rondo (Kurverein) you can reach the magnificent and dominantly situated Ches'Ota in 5 walking minutes at the highest point of the access road Via dals Ers. This road is only open to residents (max. 30 km/h) and is also very well maintained in winter, including access to the garage and the upper entrance of the house.

PRICES AND CONDITIONS

The apartment can be rented as a 2 1/2 room apartment (Guest Bedroom and Shower Room are locked) or as a 3 1/2 room apartment. Change of tenants on Saturdays. Minimum booking time is one week, but weekly bookings of only 5 to 6 days can be arranged in exceptional cases. Bookings for Christmas and New Year must be at least 2 weeks. During the high season tenants are preferred for a minimum of 2 weeks.

Rental prices for the 3 1/2 room apartment (2 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms) per day for max. 3-4 persons including children
